Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems in a high-volume service environment. You will handle engine, brake, electrical, and suspension work, perform scheduled maintenance, and address factory recalls with precision and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5+ years of dealership or reputable shop experience, ASE certifications preferred, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continual learning.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or reputable shop.
• ASE certifications preferred; OEM-specific training considered a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across engines, brakes, suspension, and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using specialized tools and manuals.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recall campaigns.
• Document all services and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts team, and service advisors.
• Stay updated with automotive tech and participate in training.
