Job summary

Carvana seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, from engines to electricals, in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will perform maintenance, recalls, and document findings for the Service Advisor, while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires 3–5+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with diagnostic software and tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years Automotive Technician experience in a dealership or reputable independent shop.
• ASE certifications highly preferred; OEM-specific training a plus.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using specialized tools and manuals.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and recalls.
• Document services and communicate findings to Service Advisor.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work environment and collaborate with team.
• Stay updated with automotive tech through training and certifications.
