Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership and mentoring to drive a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. Pay is delivered through a flat-rate model reflecting regional earning potential.

The role requires ASE certifications where applicable and ongoing training; a driver’s license is mandatory to operate customer and company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with brakes and hydraulics systems.
• Experience in steering, suspension and alignments.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Possess or be able to obtain ASE certifications within two years.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
