A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered for first-time hires, with a flat-rate pay model reflecting regional productivity. Responsibilities include repairing brakes, hydraulics, electrical systems, and A/C, mentoring junior technicians, and pursuing ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent (assessed/certified)
• A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 acceptable)
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brakes and hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests paid by company).
