Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in North Carolina is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team to deliver superior customer care. The role features flat-rate pay within a regional range and ongoing, paid formal training.

You will mentor technicians, stay current with automotive tech, and strive to improve service quality. A ASE-focused career path is supported by the company with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Brakes, hydraulics, steering or suspension skills are required.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair abilities.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology via paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within two years (tests paid by company).
