Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward higher customer satisfaction. The role requires strong diagnostic skills and the ability to mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities include servicing brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, and A/C, with ongoing paid training and ASE certification support. A valid driver's license and ASE certifications in multiple areas are preferred as the company promotes

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical issues clearly to non-mechanics.
• Commit to ongoing training and ASE certifications within two years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across vehicle systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Mentor and train fellow technicians as part of the team.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
