Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward higher customer care. The role uses a flat-rate pay model to reward productivity, with pay ranges reflecting regional differences.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brake, electrical, alignment and A/C systems, mentoring junior technicians, and maintaining ASE certifications within two years. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair braking systems, hydraulics, exhaust and ignition systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
• Commit to ongoing training and obtain ASE certifications within two years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications in braking, electrical, steering, suspension, A/C and other systems.
• Explain diagnostics and repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
