• Conducts pilot training and updates materials from feedback.
• Develops and reviews new training materials via technical feedback.
• Measures training content and delivery effectiveness.
• Consults with leaders to assess needs and drive performance results.
• Directs implementation of curriculum standards and training policies.
• Translates organizational culture into training mechanisms.
• Communicates departmental performance against goals.
• Builds relationships with key business partners and solves problems.
