Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end electrical and software initiatives across vehicle platforms. You will partner with engineering, suppliers, and business teams to ensure on-time delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and schedules.

This role requires strong technical leadership and program management expertise, guiding teams through the full development lifecycle of advanced electrical hardware and software systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with complex systems development.
• Experience guiding product development from design through launch.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Experience Jama for requirements management.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Data-driven, transparent and accountable approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end component deliverables across hardware and software.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive integration across technical domains and teams.
• Communicate program status and risks to leadership.
• Lead issue resolution during design reviews and validation events.
• Plan and track software-defined ECUs and electrical systems.
