Job summary

The position requires 50-55 hours weekly with 11-hour shifts and rotating nights/weekends; compensation includes a commission-based component aligned with store performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years leading a 10-20 person team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Proven profitability and financial acumen with business sense.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; coach team to execute plans.
• Hire, develop, and schedule store Team Members; manage performance.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities including safety and tasks.
