Job summary

Donohoo Chevrolet is seeking an Automotive Service Technician B Level to troubleshoot and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models. You will deliver high-quality service, maintain professional customer interactions, and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have ASE certification, a high school diploma, and a proven track record in diagnostics, maintenance, and warranty work. The role includes ongoing training and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across various vehicle makes/models.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using current tools and procedures.
• Ensure courteous interactions with all customers.
• Greet customers in the service drive and acknowledge their arrival.
• Stay up-to-date with technical publications and service communications.
• Deliver service correctly the first time and according to promises.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities and factory recommendations.
• Return vehicles clean or cleaner than arrival.
• Attend factory or in-house training as offered.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach shop forms to RO copies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager, ASM or Group Leader.
