Job summary

Chesrown Chevrolet GMC in Ohio is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles with a focus on customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Excellent communication and professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using available tools
• Maintain courtesy toward all customers
• Greet customers in the service drive area
• Stay current with technical publications and service communications
• Deliver safe, high-quality vehicle service on first visit
• Address original customer concerns before additional sales
• Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned before delivery
• Participate in training programs offered
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach forms to RO
