Mossy Toyota in San Diego seeks experienced Service Technicians for a high-volume shop. You will inspect, service, and prepare new and used vehicles to factory and dealership standards, ensuring customer satisfaction with timely, quality workmanship.

The position offers base hourly wages from $34.00 to $45.00, plus a productivity bonus up to $56.00 per hour based on performance, along with medical, retirement, and paid time off benefits, plus opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Must have clean & valid CA driver’s license.
• Technical or trade school degree preferred.
• OEM certifications are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of current models and used vehicles.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of needed additional work and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and comply with company policies.
