Job summary

Mossy Auto Group is seeking experienced Service Technicians in California to inspect, service, and prepare new and used vehicles to factory and dealership standards. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop focused on customer satisfaction by delivering quality repairs on time.

The position offers a structured pay scale with base hourly and flag rate between $34.00 and $45.00 per hour, plus a productivity bonus up to $56.00 per hour based on performance, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background required.
• Strong teamwork skills essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Must have clean and valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current models and communicate with service staff.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, A/C, etc.).
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Comply with company and legal requirements governing vehicle repairs.
