This senior role offers significant earning potential and the chance to develop talent, making a meaningful impact on a well-established dealership group, with a compensation range of $175,000 to $245,000.

Qualifications

• Significant automotive Service Department or fixed operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing automotive Service operations.
• Experience managing and developing Service Managers and other automotive leaders.
• Strong understanding of dealership Service Department financials, productivity, labor performance, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate into effective action plans.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee-development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between dealership locations as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Service Managers across the organization.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability for operational, financial, customer satisfaction, and personnel results.
• Partner with Service Managers on recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining high-performing Service team members.
• Monitor Service Department performance using financial reports and KPIs.
• Collaborate with leadership to set forecasts and goals for financial performance and staffing.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental performance and implement action plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding repairs and pricing.
