CarCare Import & Domestic Service in Hendersonville, TN, is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead and develop a high-performing shop team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, boosting revenue, and maintaining top-notch vehicle care across European, Asian, and domestic makes.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with no weekends, receive a base salary plus performance bonuses, and enjoy company-paid health and life insurance, a 401(k), and ongoing leadership training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service experience.
• 2+ years in a service management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and improve profitability.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair operations and service sales.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage KPIs, improve processes, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience with shop management software and digital inspections.
• Familiarity with extended warranties and customer service escalations.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ownership mentality.
• Comfortable embracing new technology and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop service advisors and shop leadership, building a strong, accountable team.
• Oversee daily operations, workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Coach advisors on communication, sales, customer relationships, and follow-through.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and build long-term loyalty.
• Develop processes, enforce standards, and improve efficiency across the operation.
• Work closely with ownership on strategy, hiring, training, and continued growth.
