Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly and yearly sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
• Forecast monthly with each salesperson to set objectives for customer flow, closing percentages, time utilization, prospecting and income.
• Meet with each salesperson daily to review yesterday’s results and today’s plan.
• Conduct regular sales meetings.
• Provide on-the-job training for salespeople.
• Ensure salespeople follow an established playbook for success.
• Review monthly commission sheets and sales forecasts with the Dealer and department.
• Ensure every guest receives the best possible experience.
• Check vehicle condition to ensure highest quality.
• Keep accurate floor traffic counts and engage as necessary.
• Strong automotive sales experience and leadership to motivate others.
