Job summary

Autoneum is seeking a Program Manager II to lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against quality, cost, and schedule commitments. The role interfaces with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, finance, quality, sales, and R&D to align program objectives with customer requirements.

You will direct the program lifecycle, manage budgets, and drive risk management while coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or economics is required.
• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
• Technical training in product development is preferred.
• 3-8 years of relative project management experience with direct customer interface.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and resources with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide a leadership role for the program team.
• Interface with customer and manage all customer activities and support.
• Establishes program organization and delegates responsibilities.
• Manage tooling and related budgets and payments within APD expectations.
• Set up and manage customer group budgets for prototypes, CapEx, tooling, and launch.
• Ensure timely preparation of program status reviews (financials, schedule, tooling).
• Travel to visit customers and manufacturing locations; some international travel may be required.
