You will collaborate with customers, design engineers, sales, and field teams to deliver robust system solutions and reference designs. The role requires 5+ years in power management or hardware, strong analog/mixed-signal expertise, and proven ability to drive design wins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in power management IC product development or hardware engineering.
• Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs.
• Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins with system solutions.
• Automotive application experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions and regions.
• Strong time management for on-time delivery.
• Ability to build strong, influential relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Understand IC product development from concept to volume production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of automotive applications (ADAS, infotainment, telematics, lighting).
• Own customer support and build close relationships with engineering teams at customers.
• Develop customized solutions and reference designs.
• Author articles, application notes, whitepapers for publication.
• Evaluate and debug new ICs, analyze failures, report root causes.
• Leverage field experience to influence new products and applications.
• Provide technical training to field team and customers.
• Travel domestically and internationally (10–20%).
