Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is working with an international automotive manufacturer to appoint an Operations Manager in Roanoke, Virginia. This role offers significant site leadership, extensive training and genuine progression into future site leadership.

You will lead a complex operation spanning plastic injection molding and assembly, driving KPIs across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement while staying hands-on on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Production, Engineering or Quality Manager from automotive manufacturing ready to step into Operations
• Strong technical or engineering background with proven hands-on manufacturing leadership experience
• International or cross-cultural experience with the ability to lead and build relationships across different cultures

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation across plastic injection molding and assembly
• Drive site-wide performance while leading across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and CI
• Fully on-site, 40 hours per week, typically 8:00am-5:00pm
