Job summary

Rise Technical is assisting an international automotive manufacturer in finding an Operations Manager ready to move from Production or Engineering Management into site leadership. You will oversee an automotive plastics injection molding and assembly operation, driving KPIs across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and CI while staying hands-on on the shop floor.

The role offers relocation support, extensive training and development, and a clear path toward senior site leadership,

Qualifications

• Experience managing automotive manufacturing operations.
• Strong technical background with hands-on leadership on the shop floor.
• Ability to drive KPIs across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and CI.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training and development.

$150,000 - $170,000 + 20% Bonus (Up to $204,000 OTE)

Are you a Production Manager or Engineering Manager from automotive manufacturing ready to take the next step into Operations?

This is a genuine opportunity to progress immediately into an Operations Manager position, joining an international automotive manufacturer where you'll take broader site-wide responsibility, receive extensive training and development, and have a clear path toward future senior site leadership.

You'll lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation spanning plastic injection molding and assembly, driving KPIs across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement while remaining visible and hands-on on the shop floor.

You’ll work within a highly international and multicultural environment, building relationships across different cultures and working with colleagues and leadership across the wider global organization. Occasional international travel is also available for training and development.
