Job summary

Mobis North America is seeking a Systems Engineer (OLED) specializing in automotive display systems. You will translate customer needs into optical designs, set up evaluation systems, and support manufacturing and cross-functional teams to drive performance from concept to production.

The role requires extensive OLED expertise, CAD proficiency (NX/CATIA), and collaboration with OEMs and Tier 2 suppliers. On-site work with occasional off-site OEM support is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Approx. 10+ years of OLED design or automotive display experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and internal requirements into optical designs.
• Set up evaluation and measurement systems.
• Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers to drive product performance from concept to production.
• Support discussions with customers to refine requirements and resolve issues.
