Job summary

Mobis North America is seeking an Automotive Embedded Software Engineer focused on display and infotainment systems. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, from requirements to validation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and global R&D to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with ARM-based SoCs, I2C/CAN/Ethernet, and display interfaces, with a strong emphasis on debugging and defect resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related field, 3+ years in embedded software.
• Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with ARM-based SoCs and real-time OS environments.

Responsibilities

• Support automotive HUD, display, and infotainment products and systems.
• Design and develop diagnostic and application software features per requirements.
• Participate in full software lifecycle using V-model development processes.
• Create software requirements, design documents, and code implementations.
• Perform field failure analysis and evaluate solutions for production issues.
• Develop system test plans and robust test cases.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues; propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
• Support discussions on future product definitions and performance.
