Job summary

Mobis North America seeks a Systems Engineer (OLED) specializing in automotive display systems, with expertise in optical design, display module development, performance evaluation, and manufacturing support.

You will collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions, driving product performance from concept through production.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Approximately 10+ years in OLED design or automotive display tech.
• Experience with automotive display modules and OLED optical systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and internal requirements into optical designs.
• Set up evaluation and measurement systems for OLED displays.
• Understand manufacturing of display modules and components.
• Perform field failure analysis and evaluate solutions.
• Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Work on-site at MNA and visit OEM facilities as needed.
• Lead design ownership and propose solutions beyond issues.
