Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a performance-based flat-rate pay model ranging from $22.90 to $51.66 per hour, with company-wide commitment to fair compensation.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical systems, and A/C; training teammates; and maintaining ASE

Qualifications

• Must diagnose brakes and perform related repairs.
• Experience diagnosing alignment and suspension issues.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computers.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive tech via paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue A.S.E. certifications (A1–A8) within first two years.
