Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to mentor a team toward improved customer care. The role offers a pay range of $24.10–$41.95 per hour with performance-based flat-rate pay and a minimum wage baseline.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems, while explaining findings to customers and advancing technician development through

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Skilled in brake diagnosis/repair and electrical systems.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in clear terms.
• Stay current with automotive technology via paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; company covers fees; bonuses for tests passed.
