Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and alignment/suspension.
• Strong communication to explain repairs to customers.
• Able to read and interpret technical documents.
• Willing to pursue ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake/hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, suspension, and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; test fees are company-paid.
