Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/Transportation Design or related field.
- 7+ years of automotive interior design experience with strong portfolio.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering tools (CATIA, Alias, Blender).
- Strong understanding of ergonomics and user experience in vehicle interiors.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization and development of interior designs (dashboard, seating, trim, lighting, UI).
- Create 2D sketches, 3D renderings, and digital models; ensure feasibility and safety compliance.
- Develop design specs and BOMs; present progress to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with engineering and suppliers.
