Job summary

Race Winning Brands seeks an experienced automotive engineering leader to manage all aspects of Automotive Intake System development from concept to launch. Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering experience in Automotive Intake System development from concept to launch.
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet timelines.
• Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) with advanced surface modeling.
• Experience with CFD analysis and multi-physics approaches.
• Hands-on manufacturing environment exposure and strong communication.
• Knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, feedback-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Automotive Intake System development projects from creation through launch.
• Define project timelines for new product development projects.
• Direct the preparation of product layouts using detailed drawings and schematics.
• Coordinate prototype manufacturing and management of R&D resources.
• Oversee knowledge of Automotive Intake System development and external relationships.
• Provide design modifications in collaboration with research and testing teams.
• Support tooling and fixturing communications with Purchasing.
• Act as Engineering liaison to external customers as required by Marketing and Sales.
• Manage delivery of projects to established timelines and budgets.
• Maintain documentation per company engineering policies.
• Provide status updates to Supervisor and cross-functional teams.
