Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or skilled trade designation preferred.
• Background in plastic injection molds, processes, and equipment is a must.
• Manufacturing experience: process engineering, technical, or maintenance area.
• Project Management experience, or proven success maintaining multiple project timelines.
• Leadership: managing work assignments, training and performance evaluations and rewards.
• A leader who fully embraces the mission, vision, culture, and concept of ARKAL Automotive, and supports this development by leading staff and reporting to the Plant Manager.
• Reading blueprints (Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parameters and consistency of the molding process and procedures.
• Ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to meet production goals.
• Lead a team of process techs and process engineers to excellence by example.
• Maintain compliance with IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 within the process disciplines.
• Maintain safety, labor, and governmental compliance within manufacturing disciplines.
