Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in plastics, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of molding processes and tooling issues.
• Experience with automotive quality systems (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP).
• Knowledge of thermoplastics and processing characteristics.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and apply scientific molding methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding processes to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Address tooling issues and process parameter optimization for continuous improvement.
• Support new product launches and cross-functional teams to ensure successful production ramp-up.
• Contribute to process stability, cost objectives, and automotive quality standards.
