Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Hands-on Hardware Design Engineer with 7+ years of automotive embedded hardware experience to lead design from requirements through production launch. You will coordinate with Systems, Software, Mechanical, Validation, and Manufacturing teams to deliver robust hardware for seating, comfort, actuators, and interior systems.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics, strong ownership, and experience with Codebeamer and Cadence tool

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware design for automotive embedded systems.
• Experience in schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware validation.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, EMC, and thermal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development from requirements to production launch.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Mechanical, Validation, Manufacturing, and Customer teams.
• Ensure design for manufacture, reliability, quality, and cost objectives.
