  • Work closely with procurement teams to source materials and components from approved suppliers
  • Define routing, shielding, wire color, sealing, and EMI design specifications
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers on wire harness CAD routing through mechanical features and harness fixation points
  • Troubleshoot wire harness bring-up and validation
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to team members and management
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 2+ years experience in product development (experience in energy storage or renewable energy is a plus)
  • Hands‑on experience designing and building electro‑mechanical systems and harnesses
  • Expertise with 3D CAD, PLM, and harness design software such as Zuken E3
  • Proven expertise in 2D drawing creation software
  • Strong knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and standards (e.g., UL, IPC)
  • Familiarity with reading electrical schematics
  • Experience with twisted pair and shielding for communication harnesses
