DealerOn is seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Consultant to oversee automotive dealer campaigns across Search, Display, Social, and Video. You will mentor Specialists/Consultants, review performance, and deliver actionable insights while ensuring retention and budget goals.

This is a full-time remote position open to US residents, with a salary range reflecting market norms for digital advertising leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing digital campaigns and large budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts through the life-cycle from onboarding to daily management.
• Respond promptly to client and internal requests within SLAs.
• Maintain a client retention rate meeting company expectations.
• Act as a consultant aligning ad strategies with client goals.
• Plan monthly and quarterly advertising strategies with clients.
• Execute, track, and present results of digital initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios.
• Ensure budgets and performance targets are met.
• Regularly optimize campaigns using best practices and industry standards.
• Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics for improvement.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet department targets.
• Share knowledge and act as a digital advertising SME.
