Job summary

Walmart Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to assist in the operation of multiple departments within the facility and lead others in troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment.

The role includes programming, configuring, and modifying PLC logic, HMIs, and robotic controllers to support automation changes and continuous improvements, partnering with Engineering as needed. Experience with SCADA networks and safety systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Coursework or certification in electronic technology; or equivalent.
• Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and programming automated/robotic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of multiple departments within the facility.
• Teach, mentor and lead maintenance technicians in equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Program, configure and modify PLC logic, HMI screens, and robotic controllers for automation changes.
