What you'll do...This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of multiple departments. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or as necessary. Teaches, mentors, and leads other Maintenance Technicians in the troubleshooting and repair of a variety of equipment, including electrical and non- electrical equipment. Programs, configures, and modifies PLC logic, HMI screens, and robotic controllers to support manufacturing automation changes, new equipment integration, and continuous improvement projects, partnering with Engineering as needed. Completes work orders, records, logs, and other written or computer-based documents according to company policies and procedures. Troubleshoots and maintains SCADA/networked control systems, safety-rated automation devices (for example, light curtains, safety PLCs, e-stop circuits), and industrial communication networks (for example, EtherNet/IP, Profibus, DeviceNet) supporting manufacturing production lines. Programs, configures, and modifies PLC logic, HMI screens, and robotic controllers to support manufacturing automation changes, new equipment integration, and continuous improvement projects, partnering with engineering as needed. Leads root-cause analysis and corrective action on manufacturing automation downtime events, contributing to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production line reliability. Operates material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment, as well as small and large hand and power tools. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on automated machinery, conveyors, and robotics according to company policies and procedures. Diagnoses electrical mechanical issues using technical drawings and diagnostic tools. Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools. Determines customer needs and business priorities. Coordinates and executes work assignments. Provides advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved. Models and helps others to adapt to change or new challenges. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners. The hourly wage range for this position is $39.85 - $49.85* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Option 1: Coursework or certification in electronic technology and 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance specializing in electronic technology (including troubleshooting, repairing, and programming automated/robotic manufacturing equipment).

Option 2: 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance specializing in electronic technology (including troubleshooting, repairing, and programming automated/robotic manufacturing equipment). Prior work experience using Microsoft Office applications (for example, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
