Husco in Wisconsin is seeking a Sr. Automation Technician to own hands-on automation challenges and drive improvements in manufacturing processes. You will troubleshoot equipment to uncover root causes, lead projects, and support production on 1st or 2nd shift.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or equivalent training in Industrial Automation Technology, Electrical/Mechanical, or Electronics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine troubleshooting, process control, and CAD.
Ability to use electronic hand tools proficiently.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support daily production operations by prioritizing projects and equipment needs to ensure quality and volume.
Minimize downtime and maximize parts per hour by diagnosing root causes across electrical, mechanical, automation, software, and hydraulic systems.
Develop and document engineering procedures and continuous improvement techniques with quality and engineering teams.
Apply Lean manufacturing methods to test and implement improved machine performance.
