Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA experience in Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement.
• Knowledge of leading RPA platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Strong in process analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and testing lifecycle (SIT/UAT).
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct stakeholder workshops and document As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Gather and document BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories.
• Collaborate with RPA architects and developers on design and implementation.

Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Global Systems Automation (GSA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Discovery, and Process Improvement. Responsible for identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and document As-Is and To-Be process flows.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, FSDs, User Stories).
• Collaborate with RPA architects and developers on solution design and implementation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout project delivery.
• Define test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, and validate automation outcomes.
• Develop process documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
• Track automation benefits, KPI improvements, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Skill Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement projects.
• Knowledge of RPA platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and testing lifecycle (SIT/UAT).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Process Mining tools (Celonis, Signavio), AI-led Automation, and Generative AI.
