C.H. Robinson in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Automation Solutions Developer to lead automation initiatives that transform how work gets done.

You will design and implement scalable solutions using APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, and enterprise technologies to improve operational efficiency and user experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver data-driven automation with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Experience with reporting analytics and data (SQL)
• Experience in programming and designing technical solutions
• Experience developing in Python, Auto Hotkey, JavaScript, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism
• Up to 5% travel may be required (domestically and/or internationally)

Responsabilités

• Lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation, delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Design and develop automation solutions leveraging APIs, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and other enterprise technologies.
• Evaluate and implement integrations across business applications, data platforms, and operational systems to create connected, data-driven solutions.
• Apply expertise in system integrations, API architecture, data structures, and low-code/no-code development frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
• Translate business requirements, process maps, and user needs into scalable automation solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with developers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
