Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Technical Lead in Atlanta to architect and deliver enterprise automation and AI enablement programs. You will guide a team of engineers, translating business priorities into technical direction across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Foundry, with strong integrations to ERP and Azure services.

You will drive end-to-end solution design, governance, and飞deliverables while partnering with IT security and business stakeholders to maximize value from AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in automation engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages).
• 2+ years of direct people management or technical lead experience, including managing onshore and offshore team members.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth of direct reports.
• Establishes team standards for solution design, documentation, testing, and deployment across automation and AI programs.
• Lead design decisions and ensure delivery quality across cross-functional initiatives.
• Design robust integration layers connecting Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Foundry with enterprise systems.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and security of deployed solutions.
