Job summary

Henry Ford Health System in Detroit seeks an Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across Access, Revenue Cycle, ERP, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will apply AI, ML, and API integrations, with UI Path and Microsoft Power Platform, to optimize operations and deliver ROI.

You will collaborate with client business and IT teams, design scalable automation architectures, and ensure security and compliance while enabling seamless data flows between

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent foreign degree accepted.
• Five years in senior automation/architect roles with leadership.
• Three years of hands-on experience using Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, SSRS, REST Services, SDLC, SharePoint, JavaScript, Python, NLP and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and design automation solutions across multiple business processes.
• Coordinate development and implementation of automation using UI Path and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Create architectural documents and API integrations to enable seamless data flow between systems.
• Ensure coding standards, security and compliance; provide guidance to IT and operations teams.
