Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Automation Solutions Developer to lead automation initiatives across the organization.

You will design and implement scalable solutions using APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, and enterprise technologies to improve operational efficiency and the user experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver connected, data-driven solutions that create measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with reporting analytics and data (SQL).
• Programming experience; designing technical solutions.
• Experience with Python, Auto Hotkey, JavaScript, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, SQL.
• Up to 5% travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation with scalable solutions.
• Design and develop automation using APIs, Power Platform, and enterprise tech.
• Evaluate integrations across applications and data platforms.
• Apply API architecture, data structures, and low-code development to solve challenges.
• Translate requirements into scalable automation delivering measurable outcomes.
• Partner with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Assess feasibility, resources, and timelines, and plan delivery.
