Capital Insurance Group is seeking an Automation Quality Assurance Analyst III to design and execute functional and automated tests, identifying defects and guiding best practices. You will contribute to automation efforts using tools like Selenium and JUnit, mentoring teammates and ensuring quality across applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in software testing, including both functional and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Perform regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software reliability.
• Analyze software requirements and specifications to understand how current or new applications work.
• Document and recommend solutions for moderate to complex business problems.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.
