Job summary

GLX Technologies in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead automation, SCADA, and industrial control deployments across the full project lifecycle.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, lead multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Finance to ensure delivery and accurate billing. Travel up to 25% to client sites and other GLX locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management roles within engineering, automation, SCADA, or industrial infrastructure environments.
• PMP certification preferred; equivalent credentials will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as primary client interface for successful delivery of complex technical projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets using planning and SharePoint tools.
• Guide the project team in executing plans, managing changes, and maintaining scope, schedule, and quality.
