Job summary

Natural Gas Fuel Systems Llc in Roanoke, TX, is seeking a Senior Fabrication Programmer to lead programming for Amada and Trumpf laser systems, nesting optimization, and robotic welding across the fabrication floor.

The role requires expertise in Yaskawa Motoman YRC1000 welding robots, fixture design, and automated tube bending, with collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to drive productivity and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication programming and manufacturing automation.
• Proven experience with Amada laser programming, Trumpf laser programming, SafanDarley & Trumpf press brake programming.
• Strong experience programming Yaskawa Motoman YRC1000 welding robots.
• Experience designing, modifying, and troubleshooting weld fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Program Amada and Trumpf laser systems and optimize nesting to maximize material utilization.
• Program SafanDarley and Trumpf press brakes; develop bending sequences and tooling strategies.
• Develop and optimize Yaskawa Motoman robotic welding programs and weld schedules.
• Design and improve weld fixtures and production tooling; support new product launches.
• Lead manufacturing process improvements and Lean initiatives.
