Insight Global is seeking an Automation Materials Industrial Engineer to join our AMD organization to plan, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve material flow, labor efficiency, safety, and performance in manufacturing environments. This role collaborates with operations, engineering, materials, logistics, and automation teams to evaluate processes and design improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Industrial Engineer focused on materials flow, PFEP, and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
5+ years of experience as Industrial Engineer focusing on materials flow.
PFEP knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

Support planning, development, and deployment of automation solutions that improve material flow and efficiency.
Evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop automation concepts.
Support successful implementation through launch and stabilization in manufacturing environments.
