Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead medium to large scale automation and facility projects aimed at scaling manufacturing capabilities for their energy storage systems.

This role focuses on concept development, capital funding planning, and successful implementation of automation and facility improvements to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will work with internal teams and external contractors, driving design for assembly

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing engineering or plant operations.
Experience with complex automated manufacturing systems and components (electrical and pneumatic control, PLC and HMI devices, sensors, servo motors, vision systems, robotics).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

Manage medium to large scale automation and facility projects from concept through funding and approval to implementation.
Collaborate with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders to improve assembly/manufacturing methods.
Ensure operability, reliability, and functional integrity of automated manufacturing equipment for handover to operations.
Lead facility expansion efforts to support scaling of manufacturing sites.
