Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in process or automation within a regulated industry.
Hands-on experience with automated equipment design, integration, commissioning, and validation.
Proven track record implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, throughput, and quality.
Strong IQ/OQ/PQ validation experience.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and process optimization techniques.
Experience with Python, SQL, or similar for automation, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated manufacturing systems including robotics and vision.
Develop URS, equipment specs, and acceptance criteria; manage FAT/SAT activities.
Drive improvements in equipment performance, uptime, and manufacturing efficiency using data-driven methods.
Lead process development and scale-up from R&D to commercial production.
Establish validated process parameters and handle change control and validation protocols.
Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners.
