Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with cGMP and ISO 13485 regulations and practices.
• Exposure to engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing process improvements and quality/cost savings initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and revise manufacturing documents, SOPs, risk assessments and validation protocols.
• Assist with root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Contribute to design of experiments, validation and data analysis for continuous improvement.
• Provide training to technicians and operators on SOPs.
