• Review specifications, instructions, or blueprints to determine machine setup and sequencing.
• Operate machine tool equipment and load/unload materials.
• Set stops, change dies, and adjust components for multiple passes.
• Monitor feed length and ejection of parts; inspect parts during production.
• Perform first piece and in-process quality checks using micrometer, template, or scale.
• Collaborate with supervision/engineers to resolve malfunctions and production errors.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
• Adhere to safety procedures and Rheem values.
